Purpose of the Role:
The Call Center Inbound Agent responds to incoming calls from different stakeholders including customers, and answer questions and inquiries, trouble shoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the Letshego products and services.
Key Accountabilities:
Financials
- Ensure all qualifying clients are directed to nearest Letshego branch or speak to an outbound agents to achievement of payouts
Customer Service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction when rendering services
- Maintaining customer confidentiality
- Taking proper care that calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend customers
- Achievement of payouts
- Client query registering on the online query book and ensuring complaints are directed appropriately
Operational Efficiency
- Accuracy and detail in explanation of loan requirements needed
- Efficient communication with colleagues for uniformity of products and procedures within the company
- Identify market product needs and recommend possible new products
Requirements Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
- Diploma in any field
- Call Center experience.
- Good keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette
- Speak English and Setswana
