Role profile
To ensure effective and efficient administration of staff remuneration and benefits while ensuring that all contributions to medical aid, social security and the pension fund are made accurately, regularly and on time
Minimum Qualification
• Grade 12 with 25 points
• Diploma/B.Tech in Human Resources Management,
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Receives and verifies payroll information from departments
• Ensures that contributions and reporting for third party payments are made on time.
• Regularly provide data and statistics on payroll.
• Administration of staff benefits and all other HR related administrative duties
• Completion and balancing PAYE monthly and at Tax Year End in conjunction with Finance Department.
• Administers and coordinates Recruitment & Selection.
Experience should include:
• 2-3 years’ practical experience in HR administration.
• Must have knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act and other employment related acts
• Exposure to payroll formulae and reports.
• Attention to detail, meticulous and ability to execute tasks in agreed time frames.
• Strong Computer Literacy in Excel;
• Code BE drivers’ licence will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work odd hours if and when required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
