Legal Guard is sold to BIHL

In 2010, we sold Legal Guard to Botswana Insurance Holdings Limited. This was in order to focus on Letshego's growing African footprint within consumer finance, as well as the emerging areas of microfinance and payments and savings solutions which the Group strategic investment was aligned to. By 2010, active policy holders with Legal Guard exceeded 45,000, and the business has continued to grow under BIHL's direction.
