Specification
The incumbent is responsible for marketing all the Consumer Solutions’ products and services to eligible customers and accurately managing relationships with existing and prospective customers, targeting of clients, business analysis, decision making, disbursement of loans, collection of repayments, monitoring and recovery with a specific focus on lending while following all the institution’s standards, policies and procedures. In addition, he/she is to ensure that all documents provided are not fraudulent or accompanied by fraudulent document, make sure that all documents are accurately filled and shared with processing team. Also, to come up with innovative solutions to grow the division (marketing, sales), as well as maintain existing customers by building relationships with clients to ensure there are no early settlements.

Note For Internal Candidate:
1. You must have worked on this role consistently for One year
2. You must have met your Target regularly
 
   
Requirements
Minimum of a Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role. Work experience in a Consumer Solutions or Finance House will be an added advantage
