The incumbent will be responsible for the overall success of the branch. Manage the smooth day-to-day implementation of the business at the branch office level, effectively and efficiently achieving goals set out for the branch in Letshego Kenya Budgets & targets framework and in the business plan. The positions are outside of Nairobi.
 
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop business growth and marketing strategies hinged on surpassing the branch targets without compromising portfolio quality.
2. Ensure all institutional policies and procedures and especially lending policies are adhered by all branch staff.
3. Ensure budgets are adhered to, portfolio targets and strategic plans are achieved, branch activities are conducted with a high commitment to a business and customer           orientation and Letshego Kenya's institutional values
 
Qualifications, skills and experience
A degree in any business studies or a Diploma in any business or related area will be an added advantage. 
At least 3 years working experience in a financial Institution at managerial level
Technical expertise and knowledge of financial products
