Group IT OS Cloud Transformation Lead

To provide strategic oversight and execution of key OS Cloud transformation projects in close collaboration with the product, operations, sales, finance and marketing teams.

•Interacts with management and technical teams to define OS Cloud transformation requirements and identify solutions consistent with
defined terms, methodology, policy, and regulations.
•Develops a business case for OS Cloud migration with a good understanding of financial / non-financial benefits and the required
investments.
•Prepares and present detailed roadmaps and plans to transition to the defined end-state cloud architecture; estimate cloud total cost of
ownership (TCO) and potential return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborates with OS Cloud architects to conduct assessments, develop OS Cloud migration strategies and a multi-year journey map
covering OS Cloud foundation, OS Cloud migration and OS Cloud operations.
•Designs OS Cloud operating model with a broad understanding of required OS Cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles /
responsibilities & organization structures.
•Drives use and understanding of standards, processes, tools, methodology and structure for cloud adoption & management. Support the
usage of these tools through training and communications.
•Monitors OS Cloud transformation projects on an ongoing basis - evaluating progress, quality, budget, and delivery timelines.
•Ensures best practices for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), & Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud solutions.
•Identifies the best cloud solutions to successfully meet the strategic architecture needs of the organization.
•Engineers, plan, and implement hybrid- & multi-cloud technical solutions that balance simplicity, standards, and scalability, extensibility,
supportability, security, cost, and integrity requirements.
•Documents engineering standards, proposals, and/or recommendations for system design, engineering changes, and configuration
management relating to cloud infrastructure.
• Regularly evaluate existing cloud infrastructure to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
•Supports prototyping/proof of concept & troubleshooting of complex systems spanning between on- and off-premises cloud environments
 

•BSc Computer Science/Information Systems.
•5 years’ experience in an IT Management role with a focus on cloud transformation
•Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, Agile or PMP or equivalent, CISSP, ISSM, ISSO, ISSE
