Specification |
•Serves as the Lead within the organisation for establishing and improving key ITIL processes as adopted by the IS Leadership team.
•Maintains the organization’s Information Systems governance and oversight programs, processes, and related activities. •Develops and reports business-relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of governance processes, facilitate appropriate resource allocation. •Provides procedures, guidance, and training, to Information Systems teams in the maintenance, tracking, monitoring, allocation, initial configuration, and deployment of new solutions, devices, software, systems, and enhancements, in accordance with IT policies, security programmes, and industry standards and best practices. •Works with other Business Areas where appropriate, to facilitate, coordinate, and explain concepts, make recommendations, and help drive initiatives. •Responsible for the Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management. •Responsible for the Communications for all major incidents that impact Critical Business Service delivery to all relevant stakeholders. •Tracks, Review and Manage the resolution of Audit Findings within the Change and Incident Management Area of responsibility prior to the designated compliance date. •Ensures reports are provided to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports. •Facilitates regular service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes. •Responsible for the effective and efficient asset management control. |

Requirements |
•BSc Computer Science/Information Systems
•At least 10 years of experience in the IT field •At least 5 years of experience at a Financial Institution or experience in similarly heavily regulated industries •Experience with Governance and Risk Management Frameworks, NIST 800 and CSF, FFIEC, CIS Critical Security Controls, and Financial Institution Regulatory Requirements •Experience with Manage Engine solutions |
