To be responsible for the production of management reports, statutory accounts for the group, alongside overseeing ad monitoring an effective and robust financial controls environment.

7.1.Provides overall financial planning, reporting and analytical support to operations and the Group executive team to help achieve business and financial results.
7.2.Responsible for preparation and completion of the Group Annual Report and interim financial statements (half year) together with supporting analysis, Q&A packs and investor metrics
7.3.Delivers consolidated Group monthly management accounts, ensuring month end close to strict deadlines across all group entities.
7.4.Coordinates and reviews financial closing and consolidated results in accordance with IFRS, and other regulatory requirements
7.5.Leads the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and financial strategic planning processes
7.6.Ensures compliance with all group policies and relevant technical accounting standards
7.7.Leads operational finance working closely with the operations teams to ensure robust processes and controls are in place
7.8.Manages the relationship with the Group’s auditors, lead and co-ordinate annual and quarterly audits across all Group companies.
7.9.Implements robust Balance Sheet management and controls ensuring monthly reconciliations are completed to a high standard.
7.10.Develops, implements, and monitors compliance with effective internal controls and risk management for Group.
7.11.Manages Fixed Asset Register, Capex budgeting and reporting, supporting the development of robust business cases and post implementation review.

•At least 10 years’ experience preferably in banking or fin tech space
•At least 5 years in a senior management position
•Must have significant reporting experience from a publicly listed organization
•Senior financial management experience with a focus on developing financial control and reporting processes
