HEAD OF MARKETING AND PRODUCTS

A Job vacancy have risen within Letshego Financial Services Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings Limited for the above mentioned position;

Purpose of the Role;
Oversees an organizations’ marketing and products programs. To lead the marketing department and the development of the product's competitive differentiation, product positioning, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

•Establish brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals
•Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
•Develop functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
•Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results
•Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
•Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
•Recognize and understand client’s business needs and objectives to develop marketing campaigns
•Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments
 

Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
•University degree in business administration, preferably Marketing , from a recognized University
•MBA will be an added advantage.
•Working experience of at least 6+ years at a managerial level
•Advanced level Product Knowledge is very essential.
•Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
•Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
