HEAD OF SALES AND DISTRIBUTION

A Job vacancy have risen within Letshego Financial Services Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings Limited for the below mentioned position;

Purpose of the Role;
To lead multi-channel teams across the country including Branch, Digital Customer Centre, Insurance and Direct Sales Agent networks for consumers, the MSE market and growing overall transaction company revenues in line with the Company’s strategy. Providing excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns.

Key Accountabilities:

•Define and implement distribution strategy for the department
•Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
•Monitors and observes the brand and makes forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market.
•Steering the delivery of all the channel-based (electronic, branch and agents) products to the Company’s customers, including offering the required maintenance support to customers in order to meet or exceed planned revenue or volume targets
•Identifying opportunities for cross selling and referral to other Company sales lines through developing and maintaining a broad understanding of customer needs
•conduct projection of business, analyze the performance and report trends
•Build internal capacity to deliver the target through the recruitment, up skilling and mentoring of staff

 

Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
•University degree in business administration or from a recognized University
•MBA will be an added advantage.
•Working experience of at least 8+ years at a managerial level
•Advanced level Product Knowledge is very essential.
•Ability to adhere to processes and procedures is required
•Be able to mentor and coach people
