Relationship Officer - (1x Keetmanshoop- Must have a valid driver’s license)
 
Role profile
To serve as a customer interface for all Letshego products.
 
Minimum Qualification
  •  Grade 12 (25 points)
  •  Related degree/diploma would be an added advantage
Key responsibilities
  •  Complete all customer applications accurately.
  •  Obtain and verify required documentation for all account applications.
  •  Ensure the account opening process is in line with the company’s internal policies
      and procedures.
  •  Adhere to internal customer service standards.
  •  Provide adequate product information to customers.
  •  Ensure applications are timeously forwarded to Quality Assurance for approval.
  •  Escalate urgent matters to supervisor.
  •  Any other departmental or branch tasks or duties as and when required.

Experience should include

  •  Related experience in customer service and sales would be an added advantage.
  •  Computer literate.
  •  The Keetmanshoop position requires a valid driver’s license.
